2. Knowledge Q&A: the AI search that knows your company best

Feishu Knowledge Q&A can read the documents, group chats, meeting minutes, and Base records you have permission to access, answer questions in natural language, and cite sources.

No need to remember keywords; fuzzy descriptions can also be matched. The global search box has integrated Knowledge Q&A — if search can't find something, AI will ask for you. Compared with generic AI chat tools, its advantage is that data is already in Feishu, with zero migration cost.

3. Smart meeting minutes: after a meeting, minutes and action items are generated automatically

The Smart Meeting Assistant enables AI summarization or recording during video meetings, and after the meeting automatically generates minutes, action items, and chapter reviews. A one-hour meeting can be summarized in one minute.
