The Site mainly provides web navigation, information aggregation, search shortcuts, hot rankings, friend links, and convenient access entries such as the retro games experience page.

The Site is a navigation and aggregation tool. It is not a game publisher, download host, cloud-drive operator, or the rights holder of third-party content, and it does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, safety, or availability of third-party sites.

Most features can be used without registration. If accounts or login features are added later, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for losses caused by your own disclosure of credentials.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and must not, among other things:

Do not enter passwords, codes, or payment details on untrusted pages, and do not trust promotions, prize claims, or payment requests. Any loss from interactions with third parties is between you and them; we are not liable.

The retro games page is only a convenience entry. Gameplay is provided by third-party sites on the public internet. We do not host or offer ROM/installer downloads and make no promise about playability, continuity, legality of third-party content, or their compliance duties.

The Site may show featured recommendations and may accept listing or friend-link applications. Being shown or approved does not mean we guarantee the related site’s business, qualifications, or content. Applicants must ensure their sites and related content do not contain illegal material (including pornography, gambling, drugs, or fraud) and remain solely responsible for their content and conduct.

Submissions must be lawful and accurate. We may refuse, unlist, or delete non-compliant content without prior consent, except where law requires otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and the Site operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities) arising from use of the Site, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

If we are held liable despite these Terms, our total liability for a claim will not exceed any fees you actually paid us for the matter in dispute (if any). If you paid nothing, then to the extent permitted by law we have no monetary liability. Mandatory legal provisions that cannot be disclaimed remain unaffected.

If your breach of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights causes complaints, claims, penalties, or losses to us or our affiliates (including reasonable enforcement costs), you must resolve them and indemnify us fully.

We may update these Terms on this page. Continued use means acceptance. We may also modify, suspend, or end features or the service where reasonable, without liability for resulting inconvenience, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Disputes should first be resolved amicably; if not, they shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the place where the Site operator is located.
